What is Frost Salon's COVID policy?
Masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. If you would like your stylist or support staff to wear a mask during your service, please let us know. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of those individuals that decide to continue to wear a mask within the salon.
We will be following the State Board Sanitation guidelines for the health and safety of everyone.
Why do I need to provide my credit card information to book an appointment?
At Frost Salon we are deeply fortunate to serve many guests, some of which wait several weeks for an appointment. We kindly ask for your up-to-date credit card information to ensure your scheduled booking, and in order to protect the valuable time of our team. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
What is Frost Salon's cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time so we may offer another guest the availability. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment. If your credit card is not on file we will add this charge to your next appointment.
What is included in my service?
We're so happy that you asked! At Frost Salon, we want you to have an incredible experience and all of our haircuts include washing your hair, a blowout, and style.
If your hair goals require an additional treatment, toning technique, or another add-on, our stylist will make a professional recommendation and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
If you have any questions about what services your hair goal requires, don't hesitate to contact our team or speak with your stylist directly.
What happens if I don't love my hair?
At Frost Salon, we understand that sometimes small adjustments may be needed to reach your hair goal. We will go above and beyond to ensure you love your hair. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your hair service, we are happy to adjust your hair within a one-week period following your date of service. Please notify us of your desire for an adjustment as soon as possible after your visit so that we may promptly schedule your return visit. Any additional services rendered apart from the adjustment of your original service(s) will be charged at their regular price(s). Payment for additional services is due at the time of your adjustment.
Because 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and hairdressing is essentially an art form (and not the sale of a commodity), a certain degree of opinion and subjectivity is always involved in the process. As a result, aside from our willingness to perform an adjustment within a one-week window, no monetary refunds are available for services rendered.
What happens if I don't love my product?
Frost Salon will be happy to give you a full refund for any product you are not happy with within 30 days of your initial purchase.
What's the difference between a half head and full head of highlights?
A full head of highlights means you will have highlights throughout your hair - the top, the sides, and the back. If you are scheduling a half head of highlights, keep in mind that your stylist will be focusing on the top and sides of your hair and that the back section will be untouched. When in doubt, please give us a call or book a consultation.
